Curious about AI
but don't know
where to start?
AMP School is where non-technical people learn to use AI tools by actually making things — together. No jargon. No judgment. Just hands-on sessions with real people building real projects.
This is for you if...
You've tried ChatGPT but feel like you're only scratching the surface
There's so much more you can do with AI — you just need someone to show you.
You've wondered “is this stuff only for programmers?”
It's not.
You have app ideas but no clue how to actually build them
You're curious about AI tools but overwhelmed by all the options
You'd rather learn with people than watch tutorials alone at midnight
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. No coding required.
Why we built this
Three people who learned the hard way — so you don't have to.
A few years ago, I was an analyst at Bain. I had ideas for apps but couldn't code. Then AI tools got good — and I discovered I could build without becoming a developer. Now I build AI-powered products professionally. AMP School is what I wish existed when I started.
Building software that scales at Autodesk. I joined AMP School because I believe AI tools are democratizing creation — and I want to help others skip the years of trial and error I went through.
If someone shows you step by step once, you can do it on your own after.

People from all backgrounds, united by one thing: they wanted to build something and didn't know where to start.
I've had the same app idea for two years. I just always assumed I'd need to hire someone or learn to code first. Turns out I needed neither.
The Idea-HaverMarketers, PMs & operators with app ideas they've never builtEveryone kept saying AI would change everything, but nobody could show me what that actually meant for me. I wanted to see it, not just hear about it.
The SkepticFounders & professionals cutting through the hypeI've watched so many tutorials. I could probably recite them. But I'd never actually finished anything. That's what I came here to fix.
The RestarterPeople who learn by doing, not watchingI was convinced this stuff was only for developers. Then I showed up to a session and built a working app in two hours. I didn't write a single line of code.
The ConvertNon-technical professionals who thought they were locked outThe best part wasn't the tools. It was having people around who were figuring it out at the same time. Asking a 'dumb question' and realising five other people had the same one.
The CollaboratorPeople who learn better alongside othersI'm a freelancer. I couldn't afford to hire developers. Now I build prototypes for my clients myself and charge more for it.
The FreelancerSolo operators & side-project builders
We're early and intentionally small. The community is friendly because we keep it that way.
Your learning path
What you'll learn
A practical path from “AI-curious” to “I built that.” Go at your own pace — most people find what they need in the first session.
From idea to working app
Go from a blank screen to a deployed application. No setup, no installation — describe what you want in plain English and iterate until it's real.
More control, same assistance
Take your projects further with tools that give you more flexibility — while still having AI do the heavy lifting.
Build like the pros (without becoming one)
Learn how AI agents work in the command line, and understand what's actually happening behind all these tools.
This is what a session looks like — plain English in, working app out.
No. Seriously, no. We designed this for people who have never written code. If you can type and follow along, you're good.
They don't. Most people here started exactly where you are. We go slow, explain things clearly, and nobody's judging. The whole point is to learn together.
Yes. Sessions are free. The community is free during early access. If that ever changes, we'll tell you well in advance.
We focus on practical AI tools: v0, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar. We don't have partnerships with any of them — we teach what actually works.
It's not passive. You're building something real, alongside other people, with live help when you get stuck. It's a study group, not a video.
By the end of your first session, you'll have taken an idea from a blank screen to something working on the internet — often a simple web app. From there: landing pages, dashboards, internal tools, personal projects — whatever you want to make.
Recordings are available. But we'd encourage you to come live if you can — the interaction is where most of the learning happens.
